5 stars just isn't enough for the team at Ourisman Mazda of Laurel. From my initial interaction throughout the entire purchase/trade process they were excellent. They even offered to drive the car to me in Frederick for a test drive. Talk about convenience! On the day of delivery for my new Mazda I was in and out in 20 minutes. Yes, you heard that right...20 MINUTES!! Their streamlined technology and online purchase process make buying/trading a car a breeze. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and their staff. They were all so nice, respectful and went above and beyond. I am definitely part of the Ourisman family now.
