2024 Buick Encore GX Preferred

I am always pleased with the service. I appreciate that I am called if something extra needs to be done. This time was my 30,000 mile check and I needed a couple of filters. My only disappointment was the floor and the door on the front passenger side had a good amount of dirt left on the floor and on the inside of the door. I really like the pick up and return service. It is much easier for me this way.

We were traveling from out of town when our check engine light came on. We were only one exit away from the service center so we decided to get it checked out. The people were beyond kind and accommodating to us! They quickly got us in and ran a diagnostic so we could be back on our way! Thank you!!

Kevi was so hospitable. She kept me informed & answered my questions very thoroughly. I was very disappointed w the warranty forever program. In speaking w them they indicated that it was a matter of the dealership calling to give the ok. I had documentation of approved oil changes. It seems that not coming all the way to Nashville every time was the reason for not approving the transmission work which would definitely be reason enough for us not to purchase our next car here. The people are nice but at the end of the day $8000 is too much $ when we can get the service less expensive locally
