Every member of the Gregg Young team made me feel like I was their only customer- even though their parking lot was full of customers. My buying experience was low stress and the team was super conscious of my time and schedule. Kris was not pushy or high pressure at all. He was easy to text and communicate with. Totally transparent from beginning to end. I love my new Buick!

It was a real pleasure working with Greg Young Buick. They really took care of me. One of the reasons I got my car there was because of the customer service. They helped me get my old car up to their dealership when I was afraid to drive it. They were generous and there was no hard selling. I liked the warranty programs too They were very informative about the car I was buying and made sure all my questions were answered. As a single, slightly senior woman I felt cared for, respected and treated like family. I highly recommend the folks there. Colton my salesman was terrific and I would say this was a super buying experience.
