E X C E P T I O N A L S E R V I C E! ? ? ? ? ? Let me tell you, we have NEVER been to a dealership with a staff as pleasant and as helpful as this particular Rick Hendrick GMC in Duluth! From the interactions on the phone with Izayah to the cheerful ladies up front, we were impressed! We've also never owned a GMC before (always owned a Ford until now) but if owning a GMC would mean receiving the level of customer service like we've experienced so far, we'll never go back to Ford! But the person who really impressed us the most was Joshua Raimy! From the moment he introduced himself, we knew we were in good hands. Unlike the typical salesman that we all dread to work with, Josh was very professional, so easy to work with and genuinely very kind and it is clear that Josh is an invaluable member to the Rick Hendrick Team! He was also very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and joyful to interact with. Our communication continued a few weeks after our purchase and he was always happy to take my calls, answer my questions, and ensure that I was having the best experience! ???? Stopped in just looking, ended up finding a car I loved. Mr.Few was amazing he seen us walking the lot stopped us and asked if we needed help. He had amazing customer service and did everything in his power to get me the car I wanted. Thanks I’m super excited!!
