I was very impressed with their services. From the time I got out of my car to the time the service technician told me, my car was ready. During my waiting time, the technician kept me informed as to the progress of service. All in all, it was a pleasant service visit.
I took my car here after a less than great experience with another dealership. I called and was able to get an appointment for just a couple days later. Once I arrived everyone was super helpful and very clear about the process and projected timeline. My car took a couple of days to fix because they had to order a part, but Gordon and the rest of the team was super communicative. I never felt like they weren’t providing the absolute best service. Will definitely be taking my car back for its regular maintenance and when I’m looking to purchase a new car in the future Black Buick GMC will be my first stop.
Gordon and Heather are friggin awesome! They treat you like family! My husband and I have been going there for years... won't go anywhere else! They rock!! Even the techs know their job... can't say a negative thing about the place!!
