DELANO CHEVROLET HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE MANAGER FRANKIE, NORMA THE FINANCE MANAGER AND JOSE.C THE SALESMAN.I WAS TREATED LIKE I WAS PART OF THE FAMILY. THE DEALS THAT WERE NEGOTIATED WERE CONSIDERATE AND THOUGHTFUL. I WASN'T JUST A NUMBER, I WAS TREATED LIKE I WAS RELEVANT. NORMA BENT OVER BACKWARDS TRYING TO FIND ME A GOOD INTEREST RATE AS IF IT WAS A LOAN FOR HERSELF. THE LOAN WASN'T A PREDATORY LOAN WITH AN OUTRAGEOUS INTEREST RATE. I APPRECIATE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND NOT JUST A SALE.GOOD SERVICE ATTRACTS CUSTOMERS, DELANO CHEVROLET HAS GOT MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE, I WILL TELL MY COWORKERS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS. My service professional in Delano was Frank, I believe. He asked if I would like to use my Chevy/GMC points on my phone and he got me right in. When my car was fully serviced including oil change, tire rotation and a replacement bulb in the overhead middle of the car, I paid less than $10. for everything. I was floored and so appreciative of Frank!
