I just want to give a big huge thanks to Joe, Trisha, Travis and everyone else at this location that has helped me through the whole process of buying a vehicle from them out of state. I was searching online for a next project vehicle to buy and gift my dad. It was a bit questionable at first but the reviews seem to be fair enough to give them a call and trust the process. After talking and texting on the whole deal. They were all super helpful and friendly. Very patience even though at times I felt I was probably asking too much or confused them at times. Lol but at the end, Joe ensure that the whole process went smooth and helped me hire a transporter company to pick up the vehicle and have it delivered safely to my house. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. They’re great people to work with and trust. I would gladly shop here again for my next future vehicle. They have really good service and are very nice people. I bought a car last Friday and went to drive Saturday night and realized when I turned my lights on I couldn’t see and when I turned my brights on it only looked like the dims were on but not as they should so I got out to look and realized they were tilted down. I took the vehicle back Monday afternoon and they realized they could not be fixed to the point they should be but they were good enough to be able to see more than before. They offered to reinstall the old headlights that were originally in the vehicle and had already ordered new one, today I had gotten the headlights installed and good to go. Every time I have went down there to talk to them they have asked how the vehicle has been and always said if anything is wrong let us know! Great service and definitely recommend them

The whole team at 25 Auto is phenomenal. Exceptionally friendly, very helpful and informative, and they don't just sell you a car and abandon you. We purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum from them, and the day after we drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I called them, and Trish was very nice, and said to bring it by. My wife took it by there, and the shop guy was waiting on her, and was very professional. He checked it out, let her know it was an oxygen sensor, and immediately ordered the part for the repair. 25 Auto stayed in contact with us from the beginning until it was fixed, and I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase!
