I was interested in a car they had for sale but I live in NH. So it wasn't something I was going to be able to see and test drive. Since I was going to have to buy it sight unseen I asked if he could tell me about any dings or issues. Within 5 minutes he went out to the car and texted me detailed pictures of the few small imperfections. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. He followed up and made the process easy and painless. I had the car shipped and it arrived about a week later. It was even better than I imagined and I couldn't be happier.
