He communicated with me throughout the process and got the estimate and pictures to my claims adjuster quickly. The repairs were done quickly and correctly. We had to have our Yukon towed in and found out it needed a lot of work done. Camille was over the top amazing - communicating everything and the service was done extremely fast! We did have to bring it back for some missing lug nuts but they were EXTREMELY apologetic and kind. Bobby the assistant service manager called and apologized profusely that we had to come back etc. overall a good experience and was happy the way they handled our situation.

Had to take a star off because the day after my truck was returned, I started getting messages from my app that my oil life was low. So I had to pop the hood and check to make sure there was fresh oil before I reset the oil life setting. However, I do appreciate them working in my recall for rear bumper sensors. I had asked for this to be done when I called in but I was told that would have to be another appointment. So I am glad someone checked inventory while it was there and found what they needed to save me from another day without my truck. Otherwise pleased with the service.
