2025 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

I usually don't leave reviews but feel the need to share my experience at this dealership. Not having purchased a vehicle in person for almost 30 years, I dreaded going into a dealer. After researching online offers, I wasn't able to find what I was looking for. Luckily, Coulter had a vehicle/trim I was looking for. In first dealing with my sales person (J.R.) and walking into the dealership, I felt welcomed. There wasn't that stigma, pushy sales vibe at all. J.R. was welcoming and made me feel at ease during the entire process. He was very helpful in answering questions I had and made the entire transaction easy and painless. It's a small mom/pop dealer with what seemed like limited used car inventory, but if they have something you want, I would highly recommend J.R. and this dealership.

had an appt for oil change, tire rotation. I arrived at appointed time. Car came out and was nicely dressed with fresh wash……. thanks, took 2 1/4 hours which seems like a long time for oil change? Breakfast was very good!

Service was GREAT, We had a brand new transmission put in back in Albuquerque NM, The transmission failed and our service advisor Armando Corella and upper management took care of my family!! This was the best and smoothest Service we have ever had from a GMC Service Center ever. My wife and I were Blessed to have honest, quick, and knowledgeable service at this location. We highly recommend this place for repairs and service! Thank You Coulter GMC ????
