With an engine light on and 10+ error codes, Gandrud Chev had to figure out the issue. One call and they had to keep the car for another day figure it out. The bill alone for looking was now estimated to be almost $700 with no resolution. Received final call it was fixed and the affected issues as well were cleared and fixed. Now for the bill !!!! $0. It was a part that was known issue and replaced for no cost. Appreciate the diligence digging for the root cause.
I Came here for an oil change and a tire rotation and was in a slight time crunch. I didn’t wait for more than 45 minutes for them to do both and they also checked the fluid, wipers, break pads, etc..which I was not expecting!! Went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned.
