Michael Dietrich is the best! He went above and beyond my expectations! We live 700 miles away from Lupient GMC. Michael went out of his way to answer any questions I had, even on his day off! He sent me photos and videos of the truck I was interested in. He provided me information on different vehicles when I couldn't make up my mind and did it without hesitation.
