We lost both of our cars in a house fire so we have spent a LOT of time in car dealerships, trying to decide which type of cars to replace them with. Peter Backus was by far the best salesperson to work with. We had called to inquire about a Suburban we saw online. When we arrived to test drive it, Peter had the car up front, full of gas, with a dealer plate and keys ready for us. He was super friendly and ultra-knowledgeable about the different trim levels of the Suburban. When we decided to buy that car, he negotiated without awkward pressure and he remained friendly the whole time. We came to an agreement easily. When we returned to pick up the car, he had the new plates on it and all the paperwork ready to sign. This was - by far - the easiest and most comfortable car buying experience we've had in a long time.
Shaun Murray was the salesperson that sold me the 2023 GMC Terrain and he was Excellent in every way. My vehicle was making sounds, after just a few days of bringing it home, so I took it back for service, to find out it needed all new tires and an alignment. The inside of the tires were choppy. They put on brand new tires and did an alignment at no cost to me. They also loaned me a nice vehicle for the day and 1/2 that it took for them to do the work. I'm happy with the deal so far!
Service was amazing and the staff so very helpful. They replaced my engine in a new GMC 2500 Diesel with approximately 2500 miles. They took care of all the warranty problems and gave me a pretty good truck to drive while my truck was in the shop. Would recommend them highly thanks again.
