The issue i brought the truck in for was accurately diagnosed right away & the service department was able to get the repair scheduled in a timely manner. Kudos, especially, to Jeremy, who understood I was a bit anxious about the cost of the repair and did whatever needed to happen to make sure my Mechanical Breakdown insurance would cover it. This was a multi-day repair, and Jeremy also took the time in the evening to contact me & let me know things were progressing as expected, with no additional issues encountered, and would be completed when they originally said. Genuinely PERSONAL, stand-out customer service.
