2025 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

My experience at Royal Buick GMC was great. My advisor, Tim, was incredibly helpful and insured I was in and out efficiently. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and I would highly recommend him. Additionally, Suzanne was a wonderful support and made the process even better with her amazing demeanor.

Tim and Susan do a great job! They deserve a gift card or bonus from their owner. The lounge for the service department is very nice!

We were first greeted by Marty, our sales person and he did a wonderful job for his first time sale. Marty listen to what we were looking for and sold us the perfect truck. Spencer was great also going over with us the warranties of the truck. Ethan was great also even though we could not get the price lowered more, Ethan explained to us the savings we were already getting. I would also like to add that everyone there seemed so friendly and helpful by either coming up to us introducing themselves to us and offering water. Thank you everyone we appreciate you all and will definitely recommend our family and friends to visit you all for their next vehicle purchase
