Obvious why 415 Reviews at 4.8 Stars here! Joshua, Shawn, Adam & the rest of the sales crew answer your questions, ask if you need any help, snacks or data, and then they let you actually peruse the floor models by yourself to gain familiarity with The Volvo Way... What a Concept! Go visit a Nissan or even a BMW Dealer and see how many times they pester adult shoppers with "ARE you here to buy a car today?" idiocy. 5 Stars! Near $100k purchases take time to cure..

Our sales agent for my new car was Josh, he was wonderful and now more than a year later he continues to help me with questions or other things regarding my new vehicle. I have also had the good fortune to be assisted by Wade, who is incredibly nice, helpful and knowledgeable. One night I just stopped by the dealership for a quick question and was greeted by Wade. He took time to educate me on some operations details that had eluded me since we bought the car. He even showed me tips and tricks on my car! Seriously, Wade, thank you for your customer service!! I am in your debt. I’ve also interacted with the self-described numbers guy, Steve. Also incredibly helpful and very patient with me on a vehicle registration questions. Thank you Volvo of Richmond!
