Visited Ourisman Toyota in January to test drive a Grand Highlander. Derek helped us out and we were able to order one. Received a weekly call to check in until car arrived in February (as promised). The guys in finance were great too! Clean building/bathrooms, helpful staff! Happy buyer!
Kevin and Ron are a great team. They worked with me with excellent communication every step of the way. I was able to negotiate my preferences in advance so that by the time of my purchase, there was no doubt as to the price for the car. The dealership was efficient. While I will greatly miss my Prius, the RAV4 EXE is perfect for me.
