My experience with the Service Department has been nothing less than excellent. What a totally different attitude and level of friendliness compared to their counterparts in other areas of the country. I highly recommend this dealership for Cadillac service. Kevin & Pete are definitely a hard act to follow.
This place is unbelievable! They treat you like Royalty and see to your every need. Pete in the Service Dept. is Especially amazing. Anytime I have a problem with my car just call him and he gets me in as soon as he can and he is completely honest and does not price gouge, not to mention the complementary car wash when I didn’t even end up having any work done to my car. Another local garage told me I had to have new brakes and were going to charge me a fortune so I took my car to Sunset Cadillac and Pete Let me know my brakes were fine and didn’t charge me a thing. He could’ve easily told me I had to have new brakes and I wouldn’t have known any better. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
Sunset Cadillac of Venice was outstanding throughout the entire process. Bob Lusk was great. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a Cadillac. He took so much time to find the exact vehicle I wanted. I was very comfortable and never felt any pressure from anyone there. They were great in also talking to my husband who was out of town at the time. The follow up after purchase was nice too. The entire staff is excellent. Competent and friendly is a rare combination these days. Will continue to use this dealership.
