Update….My initial review is still accurate and it is their goal to have quality customer service. That’s still … my check engine light has come on after 33 days of driving this vehicle. I take it into the dealership and there’s nothing they can do for me without me spending more money out-of-pocket . at this time I feel like I was sold a car with pre-existing problems and is going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix. I haven’t even made my car payment yet ……. how is this even my problem? March 8th 1st review…From the moment I stepped into the door not only did I feel welcomed by Felix and the team. I enjoyed the faith based atmosphere! I had been praying hard about my car situation and it was comforting to feel like I came to the right place to pick a vehicle. Even tho Felix said he was new to the sales man business I see a bright future for him. He was honest and very knowledgeable of his job.. Thank you Felix and the team for your hard work!!! Highly recommend

Stopped yesterday to check out replacement vehicles for the Buick Encore I had been leasing. My salesman Justin Douma went over different car and trim levels and I decided to get a new Buck Envista. Once the sale was complete Justin spent the time to go over each feature to get me comfortable in my new vehicle. Everyone at Kunes was friendly and helpful but especially my salesman.
