You made the process very easy, kept communication clear as day, helped answer any question I had, and provided the best customer service I’ve come across to this date. I was put in a car that fit exactly my needs and his expertise of the market and of the cars in his lot led me to a vehicle I feel fits me perfectly. I would give a 10/10 stars if I could! There are no words for how amazing and considerate and thorough this dealership is! I live 97 miles away and go there for service because they are unsurpassed in service. I always ask for Steve, he is compassionate, caring and genuinely concerned about any of your needs while there. Amy is beyond thoughtful and sweet. They both check on me while I wait, and will do anything to make your wait more comfortable. A few unexpected things came up with my car and the whole team works together to get it all handled. I have a ford escape and sadly my local dealer doesn’t compare or go the extra mile like these people do. I actually don’t dread coming here for service because I know and have confidence that all will b handled efficiently and expertly.
