I had been getting my moms vehicle, service there for three years and I had never received any treatment of kindness, like I received today. After being recommended by a family member to specifically meet Salesperson Tori. We went check out the Bosak Kia inventory to look at one of their 2022 Kia Seltos EX models. Tori was a very transparent, inviting, & an extremely informative salesperson. Very wonderful to deal with after going through the initial walkthrough, test drive, and eventually pricing/financing after really loving the car available. Ended up trading in our 2019 Nissan to move forward with a new ride. Tori made the transition effortless; while also assisting other customers when needed during the time in between negotiations and financing.
