We had a great experience with JR and Sue. We live about two hours away from the dealership so the process first began via email. JR sent us videos of the car we were coming to look at and answered a lot of our questions prior to us driving down. The day of, he was extremely helpful and kind and followed up the next day to see how our drive home was. He showed us what every button in our car did, walked us through the app and gave as much information as possible.
