I found my new car here at the RAO Auto group. also worked with Michael, highly recommend working with him, because he was super professional and friendly. Him and the manager worked out a great deal for me as well. I appreciate the time he took to show me the car and break down the financing installments. I was given sincere customer service from the start until now, even when I called the other day to ask for my paperwork that I misplaced and they happily sent it to me again, no questions asked. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a really good car at a great deal!!!! I am so thankful for having come here!!! I love my car, the gentlemen here have been so helpful, they went above and beyond for me to make sure I picked the best car for me, as well as to get me the lowest possible rates for the financing!!! I appreciate them so much for double checking everything on the car and even making minor repairs to make sure I was completely satisfied and that everything was in perfect working order!!!! I still call them for any questions I may have, and I can tell you now my next car will be through them too!!!!

Last Sunday my wife and I went to RAO Auto Group to check out a 2012 Lexus IS250. After spending Friday and Saturday shopping at other dealerships, Hamza showed us the car which was clean and had a great Carfax. Returning from the test drive, we sat down with Bilal to talk numbers. He even offered us $500 more for my trade-in than the Lexus dealer. Shadyan closed the deal and got us a great annual percentage rate, even lower than my Credit Union! The whole experience went smooth and pressure free and we drove away with our new IS250! But the story doesn't end here! Shadyan called me the next day because he got us an even lower rate. We came back to the dealership to sign the paperwork when I noticed a 2014 GS350 with super low miles (and was a prior certified pre-owned Lexus vehicle). Even though the GS was $10,000 more he managed to get us in the car without an extra dollar down! We drove away even happier with our new GS350! Well, "third times a charm!" Shadyan called me Tuesday morning with an even lower rate (almost 2% lower than the first rate we got on Sunday) which dropped our monthly payment another six dollars! What more can I say about these guys? They sell quality vehicles and work hard to give their customers the best deal! We found a dealer for life, our friends at RAO Auto Group!
