I recently purchased a vehicle online from this dealership and was skeptical of the process being my first time doing this. I was contacted by Tyler Rodriguez shortly after requesting info on a truck. He was very helpful answering questions I had and sent me additional pictures and videos of the truck so it felt as if I was seeing it in person. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure things were addressed and fixed prior to them sending the truck to me (2.5hrs away). He went the extra step to make sure the process was smooth and I was happy with my purchase. This was by far the easiest car buying process I have ever done especially without even stepping foot in the dealership. Once everything was ready and paperwork was done, Tyler sent me additional pictures to verify I was pleased with the truck. His team drove the new truck to my house, hopped in my trade in and took it back to the dealership.
