The (Mihai) salesman was very friendly! There was no pressure what so ever! I was shown the car of my choice. My husband and I both test drove it on a Saturday. I went back on Tuesday and drove it again. I went back and purchased the car on Wednesday. Everything was easy! I was offered many upgrades! The finance officer took "no" as an answer just as easily as "yes". I chose the options that I wanted. The operation of the car was much different than my previous car, a 2008 Toyota Corolla! The salesman was eager to show me how to use all of the luxury features. I returned the following week and he set up my phone app and explained more of the cars features. I am very happy with my new car and my car buying experience!
First, the service dept was attentive and polite. Repairs were completed and the car was returned freshly detailed. I do appreciate a clean car. It did take a while to get an appointment but I suppose everyone is busy. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
I’ve been servicing my XC60 here for years and Christian and Frank in the service department always do a fantastic job. They explain everything clearly and have gone above and beyond numerous times to get my car repaired ahead of holidays and long trips. They provide the level of service that easily creates a return customer and would even be a factor in my next vehicle purchase being another Volvo.
