2017 Buick Encore Preferred

I love my new car and they worked with me on my payments so it would be easier on me. Bob at the Cartersville location is really great and understanding. There were some minor cosmetic things that needed replaced and Riley at their shop in white was awesome to get it fixed.

They’re treated me welll… no complaints.. interest rates a little high if you opt for in house financing… but roughly 36 month term is pretty cool.

I've read so many horrible reviews.... However I totalled my car and was in such a bind. I went and spoke with Bob and this guy did EVERYTHING to make me feel better about the whole situation. He showed me a few vehicles and was 100% honest with every one I tested. We finally chose a vehicle and he took care of everyone of my concerns before leaving. As far as the office staff, they were just as kind and pleasant as Bob. Don't believe everything you read! Some people just cannot be satisfied. As for me and my family.... We will always stand behind the people who helped us in a time of need. Thank you Bob!!!
