2017 Buick Encore Preferred

Dale was quick to respond to messages, thoroughly familiar with banking loans, excessively complete in taking care of pressing vehicle issues. Our experience with Dale was great but he only answers to the best of his ability. Our error was in not asking if the vehicle had been smoked in and also inspecting it in the rain. The vehicle still smells slightly of smoke and the rear right wheel cover is cracked. We cannot blame him for our oversights, but the smoking issue is a no brainer for car salesman.

Overall smooth, positive car buying experience. Previous car purchases through other dealerships made me leery, but Dale Martin was helpful, honest, timely, patient, and was a no pressure salesperson. He addressed all my questions about trade-ins, loans, warranties, recalls, and pricing. At the end of everything, we got the new-to-us vehicle that we wanted at the price we needed.

Easy transaction, good communication. Dale made buying a car from several states away really easy. Highly recommended.
