Ryan L. was the salesperson I interacted with at this dealership. From start to finish, Ryan was respectful and understanding of our budget and how we wanted to complete the sales transaction. Prior to closing the deal, Ryan was able to address a concern we had with regard to the fan related to the defrost. Beyond the one fan issue, we understood that we were purchasing the car “as is”. FYI, at this time, Auto Zen does not accept credit cards, so please be prepared to handle the process with cash/debit card/bank checks. If I am ever in the market again for a pre-owned vehicle, I’ll be sure to visit Auto Zen. I hope to work with Ryan again.
