2021 Buick Encore Preferred

Seth McDonald was my sales person and Mark Eversgerd was the sales manager I worked with. Lawrence was the finance manager who handled my transaction. They were all professional, engaging and respectful. In particular Seth worked hard to make sure we found the exact vehicle we wanted and was patient while we test drove several models. Mark showed a sincere interest getting a deal done for us and worked hard to make us comfortable with price, financing, service etc. Seth introduced me to the service manager before I left - very nice touch. I had a wonderful experience this weekend with the entire staff at Napleton. Mark and Gabe were extremely helpful in getting me into my new vehicle, showing me the updated features from my previous Pathfinder. Gabe and Mark answered every question I had and were very helpful in getting items off my old vehicle and onto the new one, way above on customer service, and beyond what they needed to do. When I entered the building the entire staff greeted me, by name and Dave got a problem fixed for me, that I’m very grateful for. The establishment is very nice and convenient and closer than where my previous Nissan came from. Very much looking forward to the relationship we have started and will have over the next few years with my lease.

Bought a Nissan Frontier 2024 and my salesman Roderick Griffith and supporting staff were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and appreciative of my time. Great experience and I highly recommend anyone looking at getting a vehicle to take time to visit Roderick!
