2018 Buick Encore Preferred

I had the pleasure of working with Carl while purchasing a new car, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Carl was incredibly informative and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. He answered all of our questions clearly and made sure we understood our options without ever making us feel pressured. His knowledge and straightforward approach really helped us feel confident in our decision.

If I had to describe my experience in one word, that word would be family. I was recommended by one for my buddies, and Carl was there to sort me out. I had just gotten into a roll-over accident, which totaled my car, and I was told not to worry. At first, I just put Carl in contact with my father, and they hit it off immediately. According to Carl, instead of talking about cars; they talked about everything else and got along so well. While I was test driving what would become my new car, my dad and Carl came to an agreement on how I should get my vehicle and what price should be paid. As soon as I decided on what car I wanted, Carl immediately told me that the car would be washed and detailed, with the windows tinted. As that happened, I met with Gib, and he made sure I was sorted on the paperwork side of things. We talked about family and things we both had in common. When he talked to my father, they also hit it off. Finally, Carl gave me a tour of the garage and made sure I was set. When I pointed out some flaws in the detailing, Carl brought out their new detail guy and allowed me to give some advice on how to detail the vehicles better. Overall, between Carl, Gib, and the whole Bender-Nissan establishment. I felt like family, and it was an amazing experience to have.
