2019 Buick Encore Preferred

These guys are so wonderful! I recently bought a car with no guarantees. The next day it overheated, I added antifreeze. Three days later overheated again. I took the car back to them, they went out of their way helping me. They loaned me a car while trying to fix mine. Turns out mine was going to take time to fix it right, and I fell in love with a loaner car. They lowered the asking price and sold me this one. The one guy told me we are here to make friends, not rip anybody off. I would not even consider going anywhere else in the future for a used car.?

5 years later I am giving an update, I would like to say first that hands down Mr. Clever and his family are the most genuine honest people I ever have had the privilege of knowing. I finally just paid off the last vehicle I purchased from Solo Auto Group. This was car number 6, a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe (Black) it is a beautiful truck. I went through a lot of ups and down even with Covid19 hitting us hard not one time did they ask for a payment, threaten to repo nothing. They offered me help love and compassion and trusted that I would make my payment whenever I could this allowed me to not only start my own business but gave me stress relief from having to worry about losing my vehicle and for that I am thankful. This is an honest review from someone who has done business with them for more than 10 years. Good People, Fair Prices, Honest, Helpful, Understanding, Loving, and Caring. All you have to do is communicate with them. I bought 4 cars from here, every car has been amazing. Never had one issue. I lost my job and couldn't pay my car note for over 6 months. He had my back and didn't repo my truck. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SAY THAT? THANK YOU, SOLO AUTO GROUP.
