2020 Buick Encore Preferred

The service and process was overall really good. Upon my arrival to the dealership, I was greeted by Megan who was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Even though I was a younger buyer, she treated me as a veteran car buyer and helped me throughout the process. The car I was looking into was even better than I anticipated it to be and had lower mileage than what was listed. They gave me a good trade in value for my older truck, and got me a decent monthly payment for my car. The only unfortunate thing was when I got to the part where I meet with the financial person. After declining a warranty various times with him, it seemed to frustrate him and was not very friendly with us from then on, but overall I had a very good experience and would recommend it to my friends and family.

The easiest automobile purchase I believe I have ever made. Called in and spoke with John Coleman and told him the situation I was dealing with at another dealership. He went to work and gave me a price on a GMC truck that made us both happy without having to haggle. I don’t know how soon I will be buying another vehicle but when I do I will visit here first.
