I am new to the Audi family and I had the pleasure of working with Erik to find the right vehicle for me. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the brand. I've purchased cars before but have never had an experience where I felt so comfortable, not rushed and confident during the process. This was my first time truly buying a car outside of a Nissan & on my own. I live out of state so I was referred to Keith by a friend. Keith walked me through the process & patient with me every step of the way given that I couldn’t get there to physically see the car. He sent me videos & pictures of the car and assisted with making sure it got shipped. I have had the car since May & I absolutely love it.
