2018 Buick Encore Preferred

I want everyone thinking of buying a car and undecided where to go to read this review. I recently purchased a car from Gossett Hyundai Covington Pike, Memphis, Tennesse and was treated like Royalty. I first encountered my salesman, Rodney Smith, who greeted me at my car opening my car door for me, he proceeded to roll out the red carpet for me as well. We began by first discussing my wants and needs, then he proceeded to make suggestions based on my wants and needs. We then moved on to test drive vehicles where Mr. Rodney demonstrated exceptional knowledge about each vehicle. After I came to a decision of which vehicle I wanted, I was introduced to the Finance Manager, Eboni Jefferson who proceeded to invite me into her office, offered me a seat and refreshments then she began by explaining each document with exceptional knowledge, skill, and patience. When I had questions she answered them , very detailed and respectfully. I truly was treated like Royalty throughout the entire experience, in fact although the entire process took more than 3 hours, because I was receiving such red carpet service, I didn't even notice how much time had gone by. I felt as if I was a part of their Gossett Hyundai Family, and we had known each other forever. They truly made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my car buying experience. I would definitely recommend my salesman, Rodney Smith and the Finance Manager, Eboni Jefferson to anyone seeking to purchase a new or used vehicle, you will be glad you did. I would like to give a huge shout out to the service team (Alex, Josh, and Troy) at the Gossett Hyundai location at Covington Pike. I brought my vehicle in to be checked out, they listened to my concerns and limited availability to leave the car and were able to review the issue. They took the time to walk me through the resolution, treating me like a friend/family member. Google friends, this was like the old school local repair shop customer service…absolutely wonderful! I would 10/10 recommend using this location. It will be my go to shop from now on.

Just purchased a car from Deja Taylor. Best buying experience I’ve ever had. I had so much fun looking at cars with her and felt at ease through the whole process. Even the manger Marquise was a lot of fun and easy to get along with and made the buying experience fun.
