2020 Buick Encore Preferred

I connected this dealership because they the car I've been looking for a couple years. I told them I lived 5 hours from Portland and they were completely understanding and super helpful. Van and Matt asked if I could put deposit down on the car and hold it for me. I set a day that I would come up and when I arrived the process was very quick, they broke on everything and we no nonsense. I was completely and satisfied with this dealership. Absolutely an easy, no pressure experience. Right out of the gate, Van made it clear that he only wanted to get us into the right car, and if they didn't have that car, we would part ways as friends. He provided us with a number of options. They did have what we were looking for...and we parted ways as friends. They went above and beyond to accommodate us through the journey. Will certainly recommend them and use them in the future.

Van and Matt Are so helpful I was full of anxiety going to a dealer. No pressure what so ever. My credit is horrible due to some mistakes. They don’t make me feel less then due to my credit. Once We did the application I was surprised they could help. I was able to get the vehicle I was interested in. They gave me several payment options. And I got a 3 year warranty.
