I want to comment on the team at the Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership and their outstanding professionalism and care for their customers and vehicles. Although I did not purchase my vehicle there (which I will do in the future), they treated it as if it had been purchased from their dealership. Service Consultant GREGORY SILANO was very attentive to my vehicle’s service needs. He answered all my questions and provided insightful information on my vehicle and the dealership. He was a gentleman. I also want to acknowledge the Service Technician, JON SRICA, for meticulously caring for my vehicle. The service is difficult because my vehicle needs special attention since it is a hybrid vehicle (2025 ERay). I was informed that only their specially trained specialists service these Chevrolet vehicles. He was diligent and careful to get my vehicle service right and prompt. Thank you, sir, for your excellent work! I casually looked around their showroom floor while waiting for my vehicle to be finished. Product specialist Mr. RON WOOD approached me and was attentive and eager to assist me with any questions. He was not aware that I was waiting for my vehicle at first, but he was genuine and willing to answer any questions I had about their vehicles. I will visit him for my next new vehicle purchase.
