2014 Buick Encore

Highly recommend! Purchased our new vehicle in March 2024 and they gave us a great deal and a very fair offer for our trade in. I even forgot to empty out the center console in the trade in and called the next day because we had some important items in there. They were found, collected, and mailed back to us. Both Scott and Paul were a pleasure to do business with and we will be back for our next vehicle. Great customer service!

The salesman, Chris, was very nice and personable. They got me approved for the car I wanted unlike so many other dealers I tried. Good guys working here! You don't feel like just another check. They remember your name and are excited to see you. However, upon taking delivery of my new car I was pretty disappointed in the detail job done to it. Carpets were still fairly dirty, the windows were full of streaks as if they sprayed water on a dirty rag and wiped the windows down. Interior bits were still dusty and had microfiber fibers all over the interior. The exterior looked fine in the shade but after arriving home and seeing it in the sun all I saw were ugly swirl marks and scratches everywhere. It being a black car, you see that more but it would've been nice if some effort was put in to do a simple buff and wax. I was also not given any floor mats. This part of my buying experience was very disappointing as I just felt like I was getting into someone else's dirty car. Hope they can improve on this!

They both had wonderful customer service and helped with any questions I had. Scott helped with questions even a week later with promptness and kindness.
