I can only express the deepest appreciation and respect to the owner and staff that represent Cycle Central. They are truly the exact business and representatives that every consumer wants from a used car dealership. A place where a consumer needing to purchase a quality used vehicle to come into and buy from. We felt that they were upfront, provided us with as much information they had on the vehicle we inquired of. They answer our questions and concerns where needed . They worked with us to purchase a dependable vehicle that was affordable to us and able to meet the need to commute to work. Cycle Central showed us exceptional service to where we can honestly see they were not out to deceive us just to make a buck. Listening to us taking in our concerns. They didn't try to upsell or rconvince us that the vehicle was more than it was. We felt the staff acted with utmost transparency and showed genuine integrity throughout the process. We told them the vehicle was an important investment to us and respectfully treated it as such. The owner Damian, staff Scotty and Joesph were personable and totally great to work with. From beginning to end, everything was great! Over the top great customer service, great prices and no pressure salesmen! I had a list of things I needed a car to have and they were patient and even had a few options for me. After a couple test drives, I chose the perfect car and they got right to work on paperwork and getting me out of there in time to get all my other errands done. Also I waited to write this review for a few weeks, Car is running fantastic, not one issue!! Thanks again!!!! ?????
