2018 Buick Encore Preferred

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. It was easy to check their inventory and schedule a test drive, and we were immediately contacted to check if we needed any further information (including a video tour of the vehicle in question) before our test drive. Our salesperson was great to work with, during the test drive and then helping us through the purchase process with no pressure at all. The other dealership staff we interacted with (the CFO, a finance team member, and another team member who had driven the same vehicle we were purchasing) were also wonderful. Whenever we had any questions, our salesperson would reach out to other team members to ensure we got the answers we needed. During the entire process, we were kept informed as to next steps and how long everything would take. This was by far our best vehicle purchasing experience.

Our salesman Greg Sass gave us great service. He was professional, friendly and personable. He had everything in order when we came in a little early to pick up our new GMC truck. He went over all the new accessories. Also the person who completed the financial transaction was equally as professional and friendly. Truly - Keith & Linda Rhode~

Everyone was very helpful and nice. Kyle is an amazing and knowledgeable sales person. Customer service is above and beyond where Kyle is concerned. Was a great experience and definitely recommend them. I love my new Blazer.
