2018 Buick Encore Preferred

Even though I bought a used Honda, the Subaru of Gallatin folks treated me like I bought the most expensive car on their lot. My 2016 Honda Pilot was totaled after being hit by a truck, so I called one local Honda dealership and visited another, and neither of them called back. That Saturday evening, I went online and found a nice 2020 Pilot at Subaru of Gallatin. At 7:20 p.m., I called and Jesus said they still had the car. I told him that we live 30 minutes away. If I leave right now, will you please stay open so I can just see the car … I won’t even test drive it. Jesus agreed. Getting there with 5 minutes until closing, they had the car waiting for me when we arrived. I loved it and said I’d come back on Monday to get the paperwork started, but I had to wait on my check from the insurance company to complete the deal. While waiting on the insurance check, my spouse read the 2020 Honda had a recall. I reached out to Jesus and Eric and they emailed me to say the car was “already coming back” from Honda with the recall items fixed. Every time we went to the dealership, it felt like we were hanging out with friends as the GM Chris Hall was joking around with us, the new car sales manager, Gabe, introduced himself, both finance managers Zack and Tamara are very knowledgeable and of course Jesus, Eric and Jamar - the awesome Used Car Sale mgr. were always upbeat when we came in. Great customer service and great people to do business with.

By far the BEST car buying experience I've had to date! I had tried to 2 other Subaru dealerships already. And was running out of time, needed to get my daughter a car before returning to college and was to the point I couldn't come in person.. I had a payment price range I wanted to stay in and they made it happen! they never gave up and stayed in daily contact, sent me videos of potential vehicles, worked up numbers on each one they sent and gave me options on what would work best for me... I was never pressured and they made things work for us! From the sales team to the sales managers everyone was top notch! I would truly recommend them to anyone! I had 2 sales persons working on this for me and also 2 sales managers! It was a true team effort.. since delivery was all booked they met me halfway to deliver the car, I live a little over an hour away.. if I could remember everyone's names I would thank them again publicly. "Middle age brain" I call it...lol PS..If you guys read this and can see who all worked on my deal, call out the amazing team, I know there was 4 at least, they truly went above to get my daughter ready! You guys are AMAZING!

I want to share the full story of my experience with this dealership. From the beginning, we were met so pleasantly by Jeff who was so open to whatever we were looking for and so happy to help. We ended up leaving and coming back with a different vehicle to be appraised and ended up with Jeremy. Just like Jeff, Jeremy was incredible from beginning to end. There's a strong sense of teamwork throughout the entire dealership and I could tell they genuinely care about all of their customers. To Chris and Gabe, I can't thank either of you enough for your straight honesty and helping me get out of a really bad situation. Both of them were funny, down to earth, and not pushy. They worked MIRACLES to make this deal happen, and now I own my very first Subaru. Jeff and Jeremy, you guys were made for car selling. You are the very definition of a GOOD car salesman and two people I would recommend to anyone and everyone just looking for a vehicle. This dealership is incredible and everyone should be proud of the individuals who continue to work here and provide the absolute best customer service there is. Thank you all again so much!
