2018 Buick Encore Preferred

Very pleasurable experience working with Coleman Buick GMC. I purchased a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4 via my Supplier's program and used my Friends and Family points. They were totally transparent in the entire process. Sergio was a great sales rep. No pressure at all.

I came from Downeast Maine to purchase a vehicle from Coleman Buick GMC. The staff was super friendly. I was personally greeted by multiple members of the team while I was there. They thanked me for making the long trek down and and I had nice conversations with everyone I spoke to. They knew I had a long drive home and made everything quick and easy for me. Sergio was my salesman. He was very nice and easy to work with and gave me the little push I needed to put me in my dream vehicle without seeming pushy or aggressive. He made sure to try to get as much of the information from me ahead of time so that it would be quick for me once I was down there. I was out of there in the time he had promised. He even called to follow up a couple of days later to see how I was enjoying my new car. Unfortunately, I live over 500 miles away from this dealership, but I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Thank you Sergio and the rest of the team for making this car buying experience a positive one!

The whole buying experience was the best I have ever been through for car buying. Jonathan was very patient. He explained the process in detail and helped me become familiar with the car I bought. While the first model I looked at was out of my price range, he and the sales manager worked through several options till they found a model that had the features I needed and a price I could afford. There was never any pressure. Jeff, the finance guy explained everything and did not pressure me to buy warranty items. I will definitely recommend Coleman to my friends and neighbors. A job well done.
