2019 Buick Encore Preferred

As usual, I come to Byrider when I had my back against the wall, and these guys were nothing shy of helpful, They always go out of their way above and beyond to see that I’m well taken care of their service department is great. Their customer service is great and overall experience has always been truly nice. I will return for all my vehicles from Byrider specifically the Farmington, Missouri location.????

I need to start from the day I first stepped into Byrider in Farmington. I have had a great experience from the very beginning. My daughter and I went in to see what cars they had and how their program worked. We were greeted by two very friendly associates. The program was explained and I let them know I would return with everything I needed in a few days. When I returned I was greeted by Kate. She immediately got to work on my application. I was really interested in a White Chevy Cruze that was on the lot but it was not ready to be sold. I eventually found a 2019 Chevy Trax that was at their Rolla Shop. I told them that I wanted it and they didn’t waist any time getting it transferred .I was so happy to get it. Kevin, Kate and everyone made it happen. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I have had it now for three months. Everything they said they would take care of has been. Jeff has taken care of all of my service needs and has done an A1 job. He has my air conditioning freezing me out of my car and taken care of a couple of small things that I needed done, even ordered me tires. Thanks to everyone I am so happy with my cute little Trax. They made me feel like family!! So if you are looking for a car and everyone has said NO go check them out. They have a great program. Tell them Donna Miller sent you! You won’t be disappointed.

I bought a vehicle from byrider and I would like that Jaiden and Keith for helping get in one and the finance department they was very helpful. Yes I have had some issues since buying my car but they have always tried to get fixed and with buying used there is always some issue but they are the first used car dealer who has tried to fix my car before the warranty runs out. I especially would like to thank Jaiden, Keith, Destiny and Stacy for all have done and always so very polite and helpful. I truly appreciate them for helping me even getting in my vechile when all the others no or you need a huge down payment and they don’t treat you like the used car dealers they treat you like family and that means the world to me
