Had a wonderful experience at Norm Reeves Honda. My initial salesperson was Christian but he was busy with a client. Not his fault though since we showed up unexpectedly. Marcus was very pleasant and very helpful! He helped me decide on the CRV that I wanted. I even had him pulling cars out of the parking spots so I could see the colors much better in sunlight. (All their vehicles are under canopies) Christian even stopped by to say hello which I thought was very nice of him! My husband and I couldn’t be much happier with how smoothly things went from start to finish. He is also buying a SUV! If anyone is looking for a vehicle, I would definitely recommend both Marcus and Christian at Norm Reeves Honda! They are THE BEST!!
The best salesmen are here. I did not feel pressured like I did at other car lots. They were there to answer my questions and get me the best deal without putting pressure on me to move forward with my decision. This made me want to buy my car here since I felt I was able to think this decision through without the pressure. Highly recommend them. If you go ask for Vernon. He’s professional, very kind and not a pushy salesman. I knew what I wanted and it was a quick process. I drove 2 hours to get here and I’m glad I did.
