The overall experience was very good. The sales rep was professional and not pushy. One issue was the next morning I woke up and there was a small crack in my window. Not sure where it came from because the car never moved and didn’t notice it because it was raining when it was as delivered . Nothing was done about it. Luckily, I have auto insurance that took care of the issue. The person that delivered the car was very friendly and kind. I truly appreciated him taking a long drive

Fast and friendly service. They made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. I called to see the truck I wanted was still available, which it was. I got there about an hour later and it was coming out of detail. They evaluated my trade while I did the test drive. Came back, they made all the numbers work and I drove home in my new Sierra. In total, in less than 3 hours I was in and out.

I spoke with a service consultant regarding my issues with my vehicle and informed them about my extended warranty provider. I told the individual I was traveling for about an hour's drive, and they worked me in accordingly. Good communication throughout the process. My vehicle was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the system works correctly. If needed, I will use Bleecker Buick and GMC Service Center again.
