Our experience was very positive. My wife and I purchased a new Chevrolet Equinox. We worked with Glenn Schiller for almost six hours. We started out with him at the Honda dealership and he got us up to speed on the Honda CR-V and various levels of trim. We took two test drives. We also wanted to test drive a Chevy Equinox and he worked with us on learning about the trim options and test driving the vehicle we ended up purchasing. He was great to work with and even helped us understand and program our phones to work with the vehicle and helped us sign up for On-Star. Financial and warranty work was also excellent.

Joy Hooper is who you want as your salesperson if you're shopping for a new vehicle from one of the Serra brands. My wife and I wanted a 2023 Honda passport in a certain color and a specific trim. We came in mid November and Joy and the Guys at the Honda branch found us the exact one we wanted at a nearby dealership. They really went out of their way for us because inventory was so low that late in the year. Joy is an old family friend. You're not going to deal with a person with more integrity and honesty than her when it comes to buying a new car
