2017 Buick Encore Preferred

We have bought four vehicles from Toyota of Victoria - the first we got a terrible deal. You might wonder why we would go back three more times. The answer is Danny! We traded in the first vehicle and Danny was our Salesperson. He was honest and he had integrity. Danny genuinely did his very best to ensure that we got a fair deal. Every time we have gone back we make sure that Danny will be able to be our Salesman. He is that good! He’s knowledgeable about his products, He’s thorough and he truly works for his clients. He listens to your needs and works hard to accomplish the customer’s expectations. Thank you Danny for being such a hard worker and a great guy, we will always go to you for our vehicles. After looking around for a truck at several dealerships, I rode by Toyota of Victoria and spotted exactly what I was looking for in the parking lot. Was met by David who answered any questions and helped me get the truck. While were waiting for paperwork, we were checked on frequently, the truck got an extra clean and detail, and service was past my expectations. The service and parts department is great as well. Fast and friendly. If you need a detail on a vehicle, they are great and the prices are similar to other (non-dealership) places I have been to.

Bought this 2023 Chevy Silverado from Cole of Toyota of Victoria. He was patient, professional and very welcoming of me and my family. I've always heard car sales man pressure the customer into buying but I can say Cole never pressured me into the purchase. He gave us great insight on the truck. Ive had the truck for a month and every two weeks he has checked in to see how the truck is and if I enjoy it. That is a nice gesture people that I've talked to has never had a salesman reach out and follow up on the purchase. If I could redo this process I would go to Cole!!!!
