Had an excellent experience buying my used 2012 Silverado from voice auto with my salesman Shawn Wiley. He was punctual, quick with responses, and made the buying process quick and easy. Personable and knowledgeable about vehicles on the lot, and I never felt a pressured atmosphere like all of the other dealerships I’ve been to. They even filled the gas tank up before buying. Drove the truck home with no issues, and Shawn was kind enough to reach out and ask how the truck is treating me and offered to help set up the XM radio. Price out the door was very fair and not riddled with a 100 “fees” like most other places. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again, and would definitely recommend them as a trustworthy dealership.
