Honestly, this was my first new car acquisition experience, and as stressful as getting a vehicle can be, the team over at Rosen Kenosha really made it comfy. Big shouts to Alex for hooking me up with the sincerest best offer on a new 2024 Kona N Line, and for the entire team surrounding him for being personable, patient, and good-humored during the entire process. YES, you're going to get sold to. NO, they're not going to give you a car for free. But they did right by my parents as experienced car buyers and they did right by me as someone who's only ever driven hand-me-downs his whole life. Alex went the extra mile, consistently checking in on me with updates on my vehicle as it was getting prepared for pick-up, made the process of making a decision hassle-free, and let me come to him at my own pace. I genuinely expect to be doing business with these guys for a long time. If you're on the fence, just go check them out. They'll only bug you as much as you want to be bugged. Really had a pleasant experience from start to finish, they even got us into a nicer vehicle than the one we initially came in to purchase AND they beat my credit union’s interest rate. This is the first time in literally 20 years of buying a car (every few years) that a dealership has beat my credit union’s rate. Great experience, would absolutely recommend to friends and family!!
