My water pump went out in my new vehicle. Conklin Ford replaced the water pump under warranty, gave me a ride to work, and got the work done in less than a day. They were honest with me and did good work. Another dealership said it would take all weekend and would charge me for the diagnostic. Conklin Ford diagnosed and repaired promptly and all was covered by the Ford powertrain warranty. Excellent customer service and work. I will conduct al of my business here in the future!
