2019 Buick Encore Preferred

I am very happy with the used car that I purchased from Muller Honda. It was very clean and low mileage. I test drove the car twice over the course of two days and then came back the third day to buy the car. Mike was good to deal with and not high pressure. While they were strong negotiators, neither he nor the sale manager applied any of the strong arm techniques that I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Overall, I’m happy with my experience at Muller Honda and I’m very pleased with the car I purchased. I feel like I got a fair deal and was respected in the process.

I wanted to come on here and thank Muller Honda for the great experience they provided for me. I worked with Jim and he made the whole process quick easy & to the point. He explained everything in full detail so that I wouldn’t be blind sided by any surprises. He was straight forward from the start and left nothing up in the air for confusion. The finance department did their very best to give me the best rate possible. I am super happy with my used 2011 Toyota Corolla which had $1600 worth of repairs to get the car in pristine condition. Which they were happy to show me proof of, Along with the Car Fax! I am extremely elated with the over all experience with Muller Honda and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. 5/5 stars for this Company Thank you Muller Honda!! ???? ??????????

I am a first time buyer but after this experience I would happily go back to Muller Honda. Jim and Mike were both very helpful and made my fist time buying experience easy. The rugs that came with the car (pre owned) were a bit dirty and Jim happily switched them out for new ones to make me happy. Mike helped out by giving me a deal with no problems or pressure. I also got a great price for my trade in. Overall this was a great first time experience and I would recumbent Muller Honda to any one looking for a new car.
